Where To Buy Parvaid And Things To Consider
The question of where to buy Parvaid seems like it should be simple enough – just go to the local store and pick up a bottle.
Sorry, but you know that life is usually a lot more compex than that!
Parvaid is an herbal product that is synthetic and chemical-free. It is both effective and safe. Sadly, it is not a chemical-based drug, which means that most vets trained in traditional Western Medicine entirely dismiss organic products as just some alternative solution that can’t possibly work as it has not been approved by the FDA.
Herbal products classified as food supplements or botanicals, which is true of Parvaid and all of the other products required to treat Parvo, do not need to be evaluated by the FDA and therefore do not have to be approved by the US Food and Drug Administration.
Whenever you run into non-traditional and non-mainstream products, you will find a wall of resistance. Most vets appear to know next to nothing about organic treatments, and on many occasions they will be rather dismissive of any product that wasn’t produced by a drug manufacturer as they receive a lot of financial incentives for promoting drugs from the big pharmaceutical companies; whereas the small independent herbalist can’t come close to matching the payoff levels that a Pfizer can dangle in front of a struggling vet.
It’s therefore very hard to get inexpensive herbal products into established distribution chains. The financial rewards are simply not there, there will be far less residual income, i.e. because herbal products tend to provide long-term relief vs. drugs that produce multiple side-effects creating a scenario of extra drugs to counter-act the side-effects, and all this ever does is to put a sticking plaster on the problems, you could end up taking pills and such indefinitely – which brings in a steady flow of cash each month.
Given a choice between getting paid once or getting paid over and over, which do you think the big drug companies will select?
Sadly, in this country we once had a proud tradition of using organic products to solve all types of ailments, but 200 years ago or so, drugs began to surface, large marketing campaigns were launched proclaiming how terrific drugs are and that they are the only route to good health, and so the propaganda machine continued at full force.
The organic market could not then and by-and-large still cannot compete with fat cats and their deep pockets. If you play ads hundreds of times a day that fill people with hype, work on their emotions, and basically wear them down, they will think there are no other viable solutions and therefore the drugs must be the answer.
The “pop a couple of pills and everything will be OK” mentality is all that most people know, because it’s what they grew up with. But nowadays bugs (i.e. bacteria, parasites, viruses, germs) are getting very strong and immune to traditional treatments. Chemical-based drugs are much easier to find, but it’s highly likely that they won’t offer you the level of relief that you need.
Products like Parvaid work with the body to help it heal from within. It would be nice to be able to go to your local market and find these organic type products, but as there are no big companies willing to promote these “non-standard” treatments, you will not readily find these kinds of products in supermarkets, or even in the larger pet stores such as Pet Smart of Pet Co. You may, however, be more likely to find what you’re looking for if you look in small independent pet stores or feed stores.
But there are some things you need to be aware of first.
Most of the smaller retailers selling Parvaid just carry this product like any other product, and they know nothing about how it works or how to use it successfully. For them this is just another product on the shelf.
Now, in order to maximize your dog’s chance for a successful recovery, you will need to know how to use this product and you will also have to administer several home remedies for Parvo in conjunction. Unfortunately, most retailers neither have the required knowledge nor expertise.
Another crucial factor is that the manufacturer now specifies a minimum requirement for four different products to treat dogs with Parvo (as well as exposed adult dogs), and yet many retailers do not carry the full set of required products.
This leaves you with a dilemma: spend valuable time hunting down a retail store in your area (and this could be hundreds of miles away) and hope that they have what you need product-wise, and then come home and deal with your sick pets on your own as best you can, or you could buy the products online.
Now of course, if you buy from the retail store it would save some a bit of time (and perhaps some money as you would not have to pay for shipping – just gas and time), but you will not get any support whatsoever. If something goes wrong, you will not be able to get any help from them as they won’t know how to answer your questions – they just don’t have that body of knowledge.
If you decide to buy Parvaid online, then you must look at who is selling the products, how much experience do they have should you need help, which happens more times than not, and how reliable is their website.
As you know, there are no shortages of fly-by-night sites out there with many scammers that take money but never deliver.
One good clue is to see how much information about Parvo and Parvo treatment is available on their website. If there is very little info then they probably don’t know much about it and are just selling another product.
Something else to look out for is the range of shipping methods that they use. If the only shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, this is a really good sign that they just don’t get it – Parvo is a deadly virus that kills at a frightening speed, and anything slower than FedEx or UPS Overnight services is just too slow. Some sites even offer free Priority Mail shipping, in an attempt to gain your business, but please don’t be tempted by these, because the money you think you’re saving will probably cost your dog his life, as you wait an extra one to three days for that life-saving package to arrive in the mail.
We’ve dealt with 870 cases of Parvo (and counting), we only use FedEx Overnight for sick animals (Monday – Saturday deliveries), we make available a 100+ page book that we wrote all about Parvo, called Parvo Treatment 101, which you can download to your computer instantly and completely free of charge, we’ve developed a comprehensive Parvo Home Remedy Plan that will help sustain your dog until the products can be delivered, and we are the only company who offer all customers completely free and unlimited 24 x 7 phone support and personal coaching.
If you have Parvo on your property in the case of dogs, or Feline Distemper in the case of cats (unfortunately, cats can become infected from Parvo dogs in the form of Feline Distemper), then you will need support throughout this horrifying ordeal.
You’ll find a load more information to help you get your sick pets back on their feet again on our ParvoBuster website, and don’t forget to check out the Parvaid testimonials that other satisfied customers have left.
